Homeowners' Association Information

Here is where you will find information on the Hunter's Pointe Homeowners' Association, or HOA. This includes legal documents which describe the covenants and by-laws of the homeowners' association. If you cannot find the answer you need here, please contact one of the HOA trustees.

Mission Statement

As stated in the By-Laws the mission of the HOA is to maintain the 17 acres of common
area and to collect funds to support that goal.


As voted by the membership this means that the HOA is to keep the green spaces mowed
and free of weeds, to maintain the trees and ponds and to keep the entrances neatly
landscaped.
